1️⃣Decision is not standardized to everyone.
2️⃣Assumption of Workflow/Process is a Decision
3️⃣Assumption of Dashboard/Report is a Decision
4️⃣Assumption of Machine Learning is a Decision
5️⃣The lack of Decision-Centric UI

Even if a true decision model such as Decision Model and Notation (DMN) is used still:
⭕They are static
⭕They are silos and isolated
⭕There is no overall context of the situation
⭕Have no Feedback to improve outcomes are missed

The result…
